Who can Refer?

All new and potential clients must register or be already registered for services through My Aged Care. This allows clients to also receive services from other providers in the Southern Tasmanian region.

For more information or assistance regarding the referral process, please go to the My Aged Care website, or call the toll-free hotline on 1800 200 422, or contact us on (03) 6234 2443.

Sometimes the My Aged Care portal may be temporarily closed for referrals to the Italian Day Centre. This means that at the time we have reached our capacity to provide some services.

The Italian Day Centre also accepts privately funded clients.
